Say i was already pretty tight with my salary, covid then inflation hit. I can now have almost half the food i was having for the same cost... I would skip meals too.

Right now I am on diet called GL - gobble less. It is the cheapest and the most efficienty diet in rougher times. Lost 22kg from the beginning of the year ;)
