I'm looking for a tax attorney!

Hello everybody. I have a messy tax situation because I was young and dumb. Now I'm trying to get my shit together, pay what I owe to the government, and turn a new leaf.

Does anyone have experience working with a tax attorney in New York City area? I'll pay what it costs. I don't need a budget option that will leave me in bad hands. That being said, I would like to know how much I should expect to spend, and if there is anything I can do to minimize the cost/billable hours. Any advice or recommendation is appreciated. Thank you.
