It’s happening all over the city. This am several used syringes in Bennett Park in Washington Heights. It’s mostly a kids and dogs park ffs.

I used to like going down the side paths off the main trail in Washington heights parks, but now all of them are filled with used needles. It’s terrifying and enraging
