The little dog on the left’s name is Biscuit 😍Honestly I live across the street from TSP with my dog and I notice some needles but no more than any other park in the city. We moved a few years ago from downtown Minneapolis and if you want to talk about a needle problem then travel there. I was washing my laundry at a laundromat across from my place and ended up with a USED needle in the pocket of my sweatshirt (nice neighborhood too). I can’t believe I’m saying this but parts of New York and the crime/ homeless population seem tame vs. where I was living before
