Grew up in the projects. On the 6th floor. You can 100% hear it even with the windows closed. One of the best things about leaving was that I no longer had to deal with people blaring music outside my building.

Yoga would make more sense

Ah yes close off a street so that seven(?) people can dance during rush hour. Very efficient use of space.

You could literally park more cars than you could people participating.
