  1. Cops don't show up
  2. Cops show up but don't file a report and get angry at OP for wasting their time
  3. Cops show up but don't file a report and give a no-care attitude
  4. Cops show up, say they'll file a report but they don't
  5. Cops show up, say they'll file a report, they do, and no follow-up ever happens
