I got flames for saying the same when Kappernick did it. Your job is not your personal platform. I got flamed a ton, but look whose not playing. Reality is truth.

I believe what most people practice. Do not use your employer as a platform to express your political views; or you may face repercussions for your actions. I think this is what most employers expect and most employees do.
