Right. The guy who saw a maniac committing a murder, got terrified, and left is just as guilty of murder as the actual murderer.

That makes a lot of sense. I sure hope you don’t grow up to be a judge.

Yup, it's not like it's easy in this city to get a pistol permit. Much easier to insert yourself into a situation or get involved when you have a pistol to back you up.
