Hello everyone,
So today I woke up to recieving a $100 charge on my account that I had nothing to do with. And then on second look, I realize not only did I have nothing to do with it but, I was supposed to be receiving a refund.
I tried contacting my bank about it and they’re completely oblivious to any solution whatsoever, which is just as infuriating.
To make matters worse, the company (whom I already contacted) takes 1-3 days to respond, and who knows of they’ll even fix their mistake.
Is there any alternative routes I can take to get rid of the charge and get my refund? This is absolutely ridiculous to have to deal with after waiting 15 days for them to even “process” my return.
Never felt so angry and helpless at the same time before.

I know this doesn't help, but in the future, do all charges onto your major credit card instead of your bank debit card.
Card services is much more likely to bend backwards for you and dispute transactions than a bank (especially smaller banks like credit unions).
