Hi everyone. I’m new here . I have a question that i tried to log in to my Vanguard account but it wont let me in and said Thank “ access to your account has been disabled .please contact us “
So i called customer service several times and they said they will call me back in 3-5 days but i haven’t received any call from them ? Since last November What should i do to log in to my account? Can anyone give me advices !!! Thank you .

wait for the call back in 3-5 days and contact them again. This seems like an issue vanguard is going to have to solve.
