How have you liked allergy shots? My allergist was shocked that I had never seen an allergist when I finally went in August. Buying a HEPA in 2020 was the best decision of my life. Well worth the money.

2 years of shots (immunotherapy) all but eliminated what used to be pretty crippling seasonal allergies for me. Going on 5+ years of relief. Highly recommend if you can stick with it.
