I have Sphynx cats, which require annual echocardiograms, and my guys are due for their heart checkups. Anyone had a particularly good experience with vets who perform this procedure? My cats have a primary vet, but their practice doesn’t have the equipment for an echo.

My cat just had an echo at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital.

I had to call every cardio vet within an hour of me. They were the first to pick me up off of the wait list haha. It’s crazy!

Yeah, it’s wild. I’m used to having to schedule 3-6 months out with their old vet in another state. There was an organization that used to do echo clinics for cats prone to HCM, but I think they’re on hiatus. Thanks for the heads up on Mount Laurel!
