Am I the only that remembers sometime in the late 90s to early aughts dirt bikes were becoming an issue in the city so since it is illegal to drive (or park) a dirt bike on a Philadelphia street the police started an initiative where they drove around impounding any bike parked anywhere on a Philadelphia street? It must have worked for at least for a brief time because it was over a decade before all this new nonsense started. They got 40 bikes today alone so imagine the dent we could put in this problem if they started impounding any bike parked anywhere in Philadelphia.
