Large companies will flock to Philadelphia to take part in this winning culture, bringing in significant tax revenues to overhaul the subways and turn them into futuristic train cars. North Philly will be gentrified and turn into a cooler version of Brooklyn, filled with parks, breweries, and new housing for young families. Philadelphia will lower city taxes but still be able to maintain social programs due to large donations from MacKenzie Scott, a huge Eagles fan. Cities from across the world will take note of this model and realize that the only way to achieve utopia is to convert their populace into Philadelphia sports fans.
