you'll never be able to tell from this picture, and if its lead paint it won't bother you unless sanded, turned into dust or disturbed.

Filled with.. made of.. whatever. Its well known that buildings of a certain age with pre- 1978-ish paint jobs that are chipping away could be hazardous to one’s health.

Asbestos dust is deadlier than solid plastic decorations. Dust on the decorations brought into the house tho…
