Someone who claimed to know him told me that he had a TBI at some point. He used to come into seger dog park and kick dogs that got too close to his (untrained) dogs. Usually while chain smoking. Don't know his "story" but he is not pleasant to be around.

I did see a flyer he made that one of his dogs was killed by a pitbull out on the street - probably a couple years back.

Don't know him personally, but what I heard was that he's an eccentric artist who is... far out.
