In Delco I’ve gone to cappys shoe repair in Lawrence park. They did a beautiful job restoring a couple of coach bags I’ve thrifted and have fixed several pairs of our shoes.

Cappy's is good. I have had shoes soled and repaired there and they charge a fair price.
