It's kinda nuts to see the population of no libs double. That germantown/2nd/girard area is like a different planet now. Plus the development up 2nd street and down. Add in front and frankford, and lower kenzo is being transformed as well. So many projects will be finished by the end of next year, all within 15 blocks x 5 blocks or so. Good shit

I wonder if/when it will expand more into Poplar, though there’s a ton of public housing in that area holding it back.

As someone who loves walking a loop from City Hall down Market to spruce street harbor park, then down to the Moshulu and then back to City Hall via South St, that i95 cap is going to be so nice when it's done.
