What’s the goal? Do you want to stay with her despite this, are you looking for a new place?

With kids as well I’m assuming you want to keep them in the same school district or catchment. That’ll complicate it too.

Websites like furnishedfinder offer short term rentals (30-180 days), when I rented through them I wasn’t required to provide any financials. Might be a good way to bridge the gap while you apartment hunt.

I need go get away from her and go non compliance. I will look into that site. Thank you. My kids go to a charter school so as long as we're in Philly they'll be ok. I'd prefer to stay in the ne though.
