Nah, they'll have your info on file, plus you have whatever emails/texts they sent. You're fine.

FYI my summons day was last week and they sent us all home at 8:30am -didn’t even have to leave the lobby! They did collect our paper summons but had attendance forms to fill out for those who didn’t have the summons with them.

I really want the shit experience. Never been called for jury duty- ever. I Vote, pay taxes, answer the door when the census knocks...what do I gotta do to get called.

Chances you'll actually sit for a trial are pretty low. I got placed on a jury in December but it fell through later that day. Same thing happened to a friend that same week. I was very relieved. I didn't want the responsibility. Also the dramatics of lawyer speak is also just very off-putting for me.

Check today if you actually are being called. My wife was excused the day before because of unknown reasons. You should be able to look it up fairly quickly. I was excused after filling out my e-juror questionnaire.

And if you do need to go bring your ID and something non electric to do like a book.

Oops didn't realize I was a day late.

If you don't have the paper summons, they'll make you go up to some office for someone to print it out for you.
