Maybe the company makes the money by selling lessons on how to operate this. And then they'll admit you a license with a photograph on it so you can prove you know what you are doing when an officer.. wait, what was this again?

FWIW, Anduril is a pretty common OS for flashlights. There are a ton of guides for it.
