And then maybe finally some ruling or law comes down to determine who should and must handle abandoned boats. Don't let a bridge inspection get in the way of real progress here. Lol

Yes. No one wants to take responsibility but when shit happens and people start suing then the courts get to decide who was responsible..it's sad.
