Shot in raw using highlight weighted metering to better preserve the highlights in the sky. For editing I used lightroom. Increased the exposure and shadows to bring the bridge and buildings out again. For colors used the original white balance it was shot at and slightly increased the saturation and vibrance to bring out the yellow bridge and red building.
