Which is why people should never infer anything from stuff like "we win 98% of our cases." Easy to win if you pick cases you know are a slam dunk.

OP doesn't need two lawyers for this, there are plenty of really good general practitioners around that can efficiently handle both. Personal injury and landlord-tenant are not super complex areas of law. I saw a recommendation for Howard Murphy in the thread, and I would agree.
