Thank you! I was really confused. I seen a designated ballot drop box downtown online and I thought it didn’t make sense because I’m outside the city and would prefer dropping it off by my house

I think the recommendation is to mail it no later than 1 week before the election.

Remember, the ballot requires two envelopes to be counted. Seal the ballot in the plain envelope that says "Official Election Ballot." Do not mark the plain envelope.
Then seal the plain envelope in the envelope with the voter's declaration on the back.

You can also track your ballot to make sure it's received by the county. If it is not received, you can vote by provisional ballot at your polling place.
