Been closed for years, citing the pandemic, right? And just NOW file for bankruptcy? It's nearly 2023. Did they just now decide they were bankrupt?

Well they've had debt that outweighs assets for a few years probably, but yeah it sounds like they've finally decided they need a restructure to resume operations. Hopefully it works.

I think OP just pulled the title used in the PBT article, the article uses the LLC name.

Yes. Hope it works too! We absolutely love that place. It was the one joint we'd hit regularly when we first moved to Pittsburgh so there's a sentimental component for us. I stalk it every couple of months to see if it's come back cos we miss it.
