The Pirates Clubhouse Store at PNC Park is closed today, but open Friday and Saturday from 9am - 5:30pm.
The Steeler Pro Shop at Acrisure Stadium is also closed today, but is open tomorrow from 10:00am - 5:00pm.
Unfortunately, the Penguins Pens Gear Shop at PPG is closed both today and Friday, isn't open on Saturday or Sunday, and will open again on Monday at 10:00am.
All of that said, you can find gear for all three sports teams at just about any large department store in the Pittsburgh area. Or try the strip district, where you can find stores like Yinzers in the Burgh (usual hours 9am - 5pm, Saturdays 8am - 6pm). Can't see anything online about if they are open or closed today or tomorrow. Also Black and Gold forever in the strip. Unknown if open today or tomorrow, but if so, hours would be 10am - 3pm. Saturday hours are 8am - 4pm, Sunday 9am - 4pm.
Good luck and enjoy your visit.

Thanks for your help, it’s much appreciated. I didn’t think of checking out the Strip District. I’ll definitely check that out as well.
I’m trying to avoid malls, department store, well any big box store, or online. Since they all seem to carry almost all of the same stuff.
Is the Heinz History Center any good? I was thinking of taking my son to the Carnegie Science Center. But seeing how the History Center has the sports museum. I think that he may enjoy it more.

Heinz is good, but if your kids wants to participate more than look at displays about sports, don't forget that Carnegie Science Center also has the Sportsworks.

Pensgear at the UPMC Lemieux sports complex in cranberry township will be open all weekend - there is a huge youth hockey tournament up there this weekend and the womens professional hockey teams are playing there Saturday and Sunday too.
