Yeah that’s what says it’s not available but other houses on the same street have it and I’m trying to figure out why we don’t. My partner said he’s going to call later this week, but I read somewhere you can ask on the Verizon Direct forum on dslreports.com and an employee can find out for you so I’m hoping to find out one way or another.
