Tom and jerry batter is basically eggnog without the cream or milk.

It’s egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, allspice, other spices, ghee/clarified butter and powdered milk protein.

It’s basically the kool-aid packet of eggnog.

You reconstitute it with hot milk/coffee, rum, cognac and brandy. Add a little splash of half and half.

You can easily make eggnog over 60 proof plus unlike traditional eggnog drinks that are about as strong as wine.

Thank you for the explanation! I've never heard of this before. I've actually never even had regular eggnog.
