There is a company called Iron Mountain that uses mines for record storage. They store paper, media like film and tapes, etc. Clients include the federal government, film companies, private companies.

there’s one up north that is privately owned and stores cars for the winter. like classic cars or sports cars. doesn’t make sense to me with moisture and the risk of falling debris but i’m no expert.

oh and there’s the mushroom place.

The one in East Brady does cars and there is a similar one in Beaver Co. Iron Mountain in Boyers does a bit of everything and even has substantial office space.

I thought the mushroom farm closed?

I remember boxing up paperwork at a company I worked for years ago. We'd literally say we're "sending it to the mines".
