My thinking is that if he’s unsure of where he could find an invite, he could reach out to rock spot because whoever is working there might be have an invite or they could at least point him in the right direction

They seem pretty community minded there, but I’d rather not bother them til I have money to spend there

Makes sense. Try posting in the rhode island subreddit if you haven’t yet. There might be some climbers in there who can help

Eh, I would just call and ask them. The kids working there wouldn’t mind, and if anyone would know, it would be them. They’re very friendly. RS Peacedale is my gym, and I’m somewhat tied in (heh) to the RI climbing scene - I’m just too old to know what a discord is.
