Probably a huge loft in the jewelry district

I’m going to get weirdly specific:
the “Lightning Splitter” Daniel Pearce A-frame house on Transit Street.

That house just sold! Dream house

I lived at the 903 back in the day. Loved it there (first floor, interior), but walking up behind the mall got old. If had to do it again, any of the downtown lofts would do me just fine. Damn I miss that city

Either a downtown loft or a nice little house on the east side near benefit or transit st, or Arnold / Thayer area. Love those little houses and plenty of tree coverage.

Athenaeum Row or one of those houses on Congdon or Prospect that has a deck on the back

Benefit St or Congdon St.
Surrounding streets like Halsey, Pratt, Prospect would be choice 1b. They’re all beautiful streets that have properties that overlook the city, and are within walking distance to good food and the office

There are a ton of beautiful houses along the lakes in Roger Williams Park. A lakefront, wooded lot along RWP would easily be my pick.

I’d have a Pied-a-Terre on Broadway, and a home on Loring Ave.
Then of course my clubhouse in the Geneva Mills pump house on the West River (Douglas).

I’m looking for a roommate to live the dream with me on the east side!! Shoot me a DM or see my recent post!

Living the dream right now. Suppose I'd go for a bigger place if rent was no object.

One day we hitched a lift as high as we could go in the Superman Building and got into the boardroom with the big windows. I want that whole floor as my penthouse suite!

Wayland Square area/Elmgrove. Such a gem, with plenty of families and dawgs.

Probably by WaterFire park or the East Side (just can’t stand those speed cams).
I just love the city look and and historic look.
