Cool. I like their spot near the Garden in Boston and have hit up some of their beer gardens around too.

I assume they'll be taking over one of the front facing first floor units near cvs.

There’s been construction activity in the former Joe’s American Bar and Grill space, which was empty for… seven years? I wonder if this is what’s going in.
