Not exactly the same but have you tried savory croissants from Butterbang Bakery? (The sweet ones are good too...). INSANE.

Almond croissants are my favorite and they're always ridiculously flat and burnt looking at Seven Stars which makes me sad.

Yes! I have no idea what’s going on with their almond croissants! Their regular croissants aren’t like that. 🤔
