Maybe shame the person who did it, not the business/owner who lives with the embarrassment and would never condone that activity.

That dude worked there for YEARS before he got caught. He was considered "a good employee" prior to getting caught.

Sometimes, a thing is bad enough where it's "one strike and you're out" and allowing this to happen for god knows how long is on that list for me.
