Beautiful!! I live in Connecticut, maybe 30 minutes from Providence. As a matter of fact, the RI border is about 2 miles away from my home. I’ve been to providence dozens of times in my life. I’ve always wanted to shoot the city, but was never sure of where to start.

I'd say just bring your camera, park somewhere along the river, and walk- you'll find so much stuff to photograph, from the Superman, to the pedestrian Bridge, to the hurricane barriers and tugboats

Waterfire is always the best time to take pictures in providence! But you can also start with the state house when it’s lit with different colors

Yeah, we do water fire here in my home town a few times a year. I’m about worn out shooting that type of thing. I’m always looking to find locations for long exposure night shots.

That makes sense! I want to do some Star trails eventually around providence! But let’s see how the weather fairs in the coming month
