Lots of covid deaths at most long term care homes though during that timeframe. Impossible to keep infection rates down when support staff are so short staffed that they are responsible for 24 hour care on 13 patients or more each. Add to it that masks, gowns and other ppe were in short supply during that period. Not saying they're not a garbage facility, but everyone was in the same boat at that time.
