You're not being immature at all, your dad is. You're allowed to not want someone to be part of your life. He knows you don't want to talk to him but because he wants to, he's trying to force it. Even if his talk was about his upcoming apology for childhood, which I doubt, you're still allowed to decide that you don't want it. He knows, because you don't block people you want to talk to.
