We had 11% last year and 6% this year. Has there been any new developments near you? It does appear they were all targeted adjustments

We are behind deep run we had one house bulldozed and 6 put in its place a few years ago, and there are apartments/condos/townhomes cropping up but nothing like the 1970-80 single fam homes that we are in.
