Really? I was quoted almost $4 grand for just a liner from Cougot's then an additional $600 each for "repairing and sealing the mortar crown" and replacing the cap.

Yeah, the liners and rebuilds seem to be very expensive, but a repointing (replacing the motor joints) isn't as bad.
