Levar, we got real problems in the city and a casino isnt one of them.

I know it seems too simple but couldn't we get our councilmen to pass something that says a new Casino has to pay for the combined-sewer cleanup?

They'd probably agree. I could be convinced to vote yes for that one.

Would love for development contracts to be tied to things like this. My guess that it’s effectiveness would be limited because not everyone would do it. Developers would just go elsewhere. I would love to be proven wrong though.
