From what I gleamed if you got the first booster, you should get the new bivalent booster because your antibodies are no longer at sufficient levels. The bivalent booster seems to work well with the new strains; however, the virus continues to evolve in unsuspecting ways and surprise researchers.

Inevitably I look at it like any strain of cold or flu. If the virus is worth anything it will evade everything we throw at it. Otherwise it's the end game for it and viruses don't like to lose. And it's putting up a worthy fight to stay going no doubt about it. We're going to constantly need more vaccines as it changes that's just the unfortunate reality.

People should really stop talking about antibodies and talk about t-cell, that's what's important since virus now escape vaccine

Seriously got the bivalent booster and flu shot at the same time and I didn’t feel great for a bit after, but haven’t been sick yet. Yay for vaccines!
