Don’t forget the sloppy piles. It’s not like I like working out my whole life and eating healthy/intermittent fasting. I can eat my emotions to stunning amounts of calories if I allow it as well and as or more than the next American. Also vaccines don’t work well with sloppy immune systems that go with sloppy bodies any way so like most medicine, it’s not always a cure all.
