Anyone who is doubtful of a singularity?

I'm sure this is the worst place to ask as I'm sure all of us who partake in this sub at least somewhat believe that a singularity will emerge, but does anyone think a singularity won't happen? Or does anyone have any reasons that may point to why a singularity might not happen?

I personally think that it will happen eventually, but the thought of it can be scary at times. I'm almost hoping that we don't get to that point.
