As of 2023 there are no AI versions of cam girls. This is a technically hard problem to solve. I find this problem personally interesting to solve, because online paid contact with women is my only intimate outlet. I think there are many men like, which means there is a large market for disruption. This form of pay-for-play however it cost prohibitive for most people.
As I see it, these are the main bottlenecks to creating a replacement:
- Lack of persistent memory in neural language models. Your conversation won't be remembered.
- Real time CGI graphics for adult games is still not believable: pornhub nsfw example.
- No adult games currently track your eye/movement reactions. They do not react to you.
To me this seems like an industry that is ripe for disruption and I predict that within 5 years we will have something like a hotter version of Replika in a 3d format. You can see a longer post I wrote here.
On the text/audio side the closest thing that exists to date is Replika. This supports NSFW text/audio but it makes no attempt at being visually believable. There is also no persistent memory. In its current state the best it can do is generate responses to text or audio prompts that in isolation can seem uncannily real. However it does not proactively prompt you.
On the visual side the closest thing to market is something like Vam or VR Hot.
