The upside France and Germany have by launching Rockets from French Guiana is that they don’t have to worry about people like this getting in the way of launching things into space.

And ofcourse how French Guiana is close to the equator.

This isn’t an Ariane or Falcon Rocket but something that’s launched from an Airplane far away from the place where it took off.
