JWST will never be able to get images this good of Saturn. The Voyager spacecraft visited these planets and took these images from "close" up, JWST may be a powerful telescope but it can't even come close to a spacecraft actually visiting these planets.

The James Webb Space Telescope isn't really a traveling spacecraft. It's located near the Earth-Sun L2 point, which is a region where the gravity of the Earth and the Sun combine with centrifugal motion to make it possible to orbit empty space. Its on board propulsion systems are used solely for station keeping, minor adjustments necessary to maintain its somewhat unstable orbit, not for navigating to a new position.

If you’re interested, I would look up Cassini images of Saturn and its rings. The detail is the best we will see for some time and will take your breath away :)
