Do we even know if the universe started? Maybe it always has and always will be. Maybe black holes are what explode and create the new expansions and could be the "big bang" in theory. After all they do suck in anything that comes near, and crushes everything into an inconceivably small ball of matter. Who knows for sure, we cant say for certain because our small brains arent able to comprehend it with only a hundred or so years of studying it with limited technology.
