I agree, but Ronaldo also shouldn't have had a foul called to take away his first goal. While not correct to call that penalty (incredibly weak imo), the score post-penalty was what the game should have been.

Also, Ghana still lost 3-2, so they still wouldn't have been the first African country to win.
