Time for MLB to do away with individual league records and awards and just acknowledge as one league.

Well one league is 147 years old and one is only 121 years old. Doesn’t seem right to compare them

It really was just the MLBs way of trying to make the rest of us care about Judge breaking the Yankees' franchise record for Home Runs.

Considering both leagues now use the DH, as well as inter-league play. there really is no point in having the leagues this separate. Only to appeal to boomers.
